We connect twice a month, with support in between, to tackle challenges as they arise, keep your team aligned, and make sure your growth plan is executed—not just dreamed about. Clients typically see measurable clarity and progress within the first 30 days. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.

Build-Out

$5,000 – $8,500

If your workflows are messy, your team isn’t aligned, or growth plans are stalled, this is hands-on support to restructure your organization, streamline processes, and clarify roles. Projects usually take 4–8 weeks, depending on scope, with immediate improvements as soon as we implement. I work directly with your team to put systems in place that make execution repeatable and reliable.

I deliver sessions that give clarity, accountability, and actionable strategies. We tackle leadership challenges, build operational clarity, create storytelling that drives action, and show how to grow your business without burning out.

Sessions can be virtual or in-person, and are offered as a one-hour keynote, half-day workshop, or full-day retreat. Every session is hands-on, practical, and tailored to your team’s real challenges, leaving them with tools and a plan they can start executing immediately.

I’ve owned firm-wide strategy across marketing, sales, and client experience as a Chief Growth Officer, aligning roles, daily operations, and core values so companies could expand without breaking. As a Chief Operations Officer, I streamlined complex systems, tightened workflows, and built teams that deliver. As a National Sales Director, I scaled multi-state sales organizations, coached leaders, and created programs that strengthened performance and culture.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely alongside marketing departments to ensure operational capacity supports brand growth and client acquisition strategies. I’ve partnered with product and service development teams to confirm new offerings are scalable, efficient, and executable before they ever reach the market. I’ve collaborated with HR to design team structures, hiring strategies, training systems, and performance standards that support long-term growth and retention. I’ve worked hand-in-hand with finance teams to translate operational decisions into measurable outcomes. I operate as connective leadership across departments, ensuring vision, strategy, and execution remain aligned.

I’ve worked with sole entrepreneurs, single-owner businesses, and multi-location operators across retail, education, cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, finance, and franchise systems like Drybar.

Over time, I realized my greatest impact happens during the moments when businesses are growing, evolving, or preparing to scale. Corporate leadership often shifts into maintaining what already exists. I’m built for building what comes next.

Fractional operational leadership allows me to step into organizations during pivotal growth phases, working directly with ownership and leadership teams to build structure, strengthen execution, and create operational systems that continue producing results long after my engagement ends.

I chose to work independently so I could partner directly with business owners and leadership teams during their most critical growth phases. This model allows me to work deeply inside organizations, align teams, build operational infrastructure, and help companies scale intentionally and sustainably.
